Common Questions
How long until my order actually ships?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. If you order on a weekend or holiday, your order goes out the next business day. You'll get a tracking email the moment it leaves our facility.
Do you really charge $8 if I don't hit $49.99?
Yes—$8 flat, no matter how small the order. That's below what most carriers charge us, and it keeps us from padding product prices to cover shipping. If you're close to $49.99, adding one more item usually pays for itself.
Why don't you ship to military bases or remote islands?
Two reasons: gel polish is classified as a flammable liquid and can't be shipped via military mail (APO/FPO/DPO), and remote islands often require air freight that doubles or triples our shipping cost. We'd rather be upfront than cancel your order later.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it. After that, your order may already be packed and on its way—so double-check your address at checkout.
My tracking says delivered, but I never got it. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We'll open a case with the carrier and work with them to locate your package. If it's truly lost, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but international shipping is calculated at checkout and can take 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
