How do I know when my product was made?

Every bottle and box carries a production batch code on the label. That code tells us exactly when the product was made and lets us trace it back to the specific production run.

Does shelf life start from the purchase date or the production date?

It starts from the production date printed on the packaging. The window listed above reflects real-world performance under normal storage—room temperature, away from direct sunlight, sealed between uses.

What if my product arrives damaged or expired?

Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll ship a replacement or refund the item—whichever you prefer. No lengthy forms, no back-and-forth.

Can I use a product past its shelf life?

We wouldn't recommend it. Gel formulas can thicken or lose adhesion, and adhesives may lose their holding strength. The safest call is to replace it—your nails will thank you.

Is this warranty the same for wholesale orders?
